Rediscovering Myself: Finding Inner Harmony

If there’s one truth I’ve come to embrace, it’s that the most profound journeys are the ones that lead us back to ourselves. My experiences with entheogens have taught me this over and over again. With each journey, layers of doubt, fear, and conditioning start to fall away, revealing something deeper—a sense of who I really am beneath the masks I wear.

Before each experience, I’ve learned to set an intention. Sometimes, it’s as simple as wanting to “understand myself better” or “let go of fear.” These intentions serve as my compass, guiding me through the internal landscapes that entheogens reveal. I’ve found that these plant teachers don’t necessarily “show” us anything new; rather, they allow us to see what’s always been there, waiting patiently for us to look within.

I encourage anyone drawn to this path to approach it with respect and an open heart. Entheogens are tools, not shortcuts. They can help us peel back the layers, but it’s up to us to integrate those insights into everyday life. If you feel called, set your intention, listen to your inner voice, and let these experiences guide you back to your true self.
